Shipping & Returns


We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.

United States

Orders are normally shipped via USPS First Class/Priority Mail from our branch company in California, US. But, if one item is out of stock, we have to ship it from China if you agree.


International orders will be shipped via different international logistics methods (DHL: 3-7 working days, China Post: 15-35 working days). Please note that shipping does not include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country. If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.



We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you don't experience an improvement within 15 days of receiving our products, we'll take measures soon to help you. 

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

Once your items are received at our office, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

Defective or Damaged in transit : If the item that you receive has the manufacturer's defect or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with detail problems or the photos of the item, and we may need you to send the item back to have a detail checking and improvement. We will also offer a refund or exchange once the problem is confirmed. Anyway please contact us directly and immediately.

Missing Order : These 3 situation may occur that: 1. If you buy the items separately, we may send in different packages. 2. When your order is over 2KG, we have to send them in two or more packages; 3. You know we will also make mistakes. But no matter which situation or reason, please contact us when you face receiving a partial order, we will reply you within 24 hours and offer more solutions for you.

Wrong Order : When you receive the item not your order or not the same as your order, please contact us directly and immediately. And please mail us with the photos, we will confirm with our warehouse staff at the same time. When it is confirmed, we will send the correct item to you immediately.
